A palette is a file that contains colors you choose. You can add or remove individual colors from a palette.

If you click on a palette, information about the palette is shown on the lower left pane. The palette's name, sort order, creation date, modification date, and synchronization status are listed.

Adobe® applications use the term "swatch" to refer to a collection of colors. In this guide, a "palette" is your collection of colors within Photo ColorPicker, which becomes a "swatch" when exported or synchronized for applications or sharing.
